“Bait and switch” occurred when, on my first visit, the dentist who saw me was a surprise and his name was not even listed anywhere. Then the hygienist sprung a $200 non-covered cleaning procedure on me before she could perform the cleaning covered by my insurance at a later date.

Very friendly staff. Dr Bishop made sure I was out of pain until I could get in for root canal. Very friendly.
The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. I have an impacted wisdom tooth that become infected after a late night popcorn binge. I came here as soon as they opened on a Monday morning in a lot of pain. They got me in within an hour, which is unheard of without having an appointment. Dr. Williams is a great dentist. Very gentle and caring. He does a great job for my whole family.
