Hygienist Kate Mueller was terrific. She explained everything that she was going to do and then explained the results. Then on the business side, Terry, came in and explained charges and what insurance covers etc. and it goes without saying that Marcia (front desk) knows how to take care of the rest. This clinic is first class and so technologically advanced, I am so glad our small town of Kingsville is lucky enough to have Dr Kerr and her staff.
First time ever going to a dentist, I was treated with the upmost care. The staff was very friendly and they made sure I was very comfortable and explained everything that they were going to do and even told me exactly what they were doing when my appointment started. Highly recommend!!
I received excellent care and they were incredibly thorough and informative. I would absolutely recommend this office.
