I will drive 1000 miles to be seen before I ever send my kids to her again!! She is heartless, careless and unprofessional. They did a fill in on my daughter which resulted in her having agonizing pain which actually started the same day it just progressively got worst during the weekend. When I called them it went straight to voicemail, they don’t have an emergency line. They want you to bring your insurance card in to make an appointment. Really. Barbaric, no digital in 2026., Invest in your infrastructure please
reception was very rude and ugly acting. She said they don’t accept my insurance, which is not a problem I ask if they accept another insurance I had and if it was a problem that it was out of state and she said “she’s not sure”so i proceed to ask if there was a way to check she said “yes but not right now that would be a lot of work” … isn’t that part of your job?? God forbid someone asks for help and for you to do your job. Very rude and dismissive. Ms. Maribel you’re a very ugly acting person, but God bless you.
M6 husband fell and cracked several front teeth. Dr. Quarterman quickly installed a temporary bridge so my husband could resume eating. She is amazingly skilled and generous.
