Terra that answers the phone is extremely rude to potential patients. Leaves patients on hold for over 5 mins to come back and speak completely unprofessional. We are bothering her if you call. Do not waste your time incredibly unprofessional.
Terrible with children. The old lady wears glasses and can’t see already. She hurt my child doing the X-rays and shoving the film in the back of her mouth. Unprofessional and disturbing. They need to more sensitive to children and pay attention to the paperwork to know the age of the patient.
I will drive 1000 miles to be seen before I ever send my kids to her again!! She is heartless, careless and unprofessional. They did a fill in on my daughter which resulted in her having agonizing pain which actually started the same day it just progressively got worst during the weekend. When I called them it went straight to voicemail, they don’t have an emergency line. When we went in on Monday instead of her trying to relieve the pain by opening up the filling she gave me a referral for a root canal which would take week... read more

They want you to bring your insurance card in to make an appointment. Really. Barbaric, no digital in 2026., Invest in your infrastructure please
