I didn't visit the place but I just called apart from the fact that I had to call more than 4 times for them to take the call and for the simple fact that I asked if I didn't speak Spanish (because my English is not good) they hung up on me. How much lack of education and asked if they didn't have someone who spoke Spanish and they said no when here everywhere they have an interpreter, what a disgusting service.

Waste of time. They do not respect your appointment. They made a mistake with one appointment sure. We are human. Mistakes happen. But to do it again, because a Sales Rep WITHOUT an appointment showed up, meanwhile I’m sitting in the chair for 30 minutes while I’m on my lunch break from work. And the dental assistant made it seem like it was my fault when I confronted her about it she goes that’s not what I was trying to say.
