I had a dental cleaning with Mellisa and as usual, she is efficient ,gentle and very thorough. I recommend to get the pain gel, it really helped. Thank you Dr,Azhar and staff!
I go to the dental and medical at this facility, Dr. Azhar and Dr. Alvi are very professional and friendly. There staff reflects as well, they are professional, friendly,fun and will go out of their way to accommodate you. I highly recommend both facilities and I am glad I found them.

I've been going to Dr. Azhar for a few years now and my experience has been great! The office is immaculate and sanitary, she uses newer equipment that is well maintained, and I've never been left waiting for an appointment. When my appointment is scheduled is when I get service, which I respect and appreciate. Now and then even Saturday appointments are available, which is really convenient for me. I am a new patient to this practice and it has been such a joy so far. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful. Due to my over due period of dental work I have to come in for multiple visits and they make sure I’m coming in as quickly as possible to get my mouth back in shape. And then we have the doctors and dental assistants. They to have been very kind. From the first visit for dental it was apparent this group cared about you. I did not have to wait. Everyone was very pleasant and answered my questions. The appointment was very thorough and I was given notes regarding the appointment and advise on future treatment. They accommodated my need to change the original appointment at the earliest and most convenient time for me. They are very professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Family Medical & Dental Wellness Center.
