I am writing this review to share my honest experience with this clinic during my orthodontic treatment from November 2022 to November 2025. Overall, I experienced a severe lack of consistency, poor communication, and rushed care. About a year and a half into my treatment, the clinic abruptly switched my primary orthodontist without warning. Toward the end of my treatment, my assigned orthodontist was consistently absent, and I was repeatedly handed off to substitute orthodontists who clearly weren't familiar with my case. D... read more

Outstanding service And the staff was very courteous. The wait time was not long at all. The staff was very knowledgeable .
Very disorganized and unprofessional. Always over book appointments and make patients wait to tell they that they have to be seen on a different day and that day will be a month later. Very unsatisfied with the service. This place needs to be audited
