Hello my name is antonette in I was a patient at family dental today 9/18/26 Francisco hygienist was so nice in patient with me he hear me out on what was going on with me in customer service was excellent I most definitely will come back in see him again thanks for the visit
A horrible experience! Not enough characters allowed in this review to list all of the problems. Unprofessional, did not return calls, staff did not identify themselves, sent my personal information to the wrong email address, had the dental plans backwards and so on. You name it, they did it wrong. The worst experience I had in 5 decades.
When I went yesterday, theres a new check in, you have to scan a QR code, this very older woman told the staff she does mot have a phone that if she can check in on a sign sheet they said no we don’t have that anymore, so this white lady that works there comes out and tells her you have to sign in with your phone! The older lady said I don’t have a phone, the staff member says GO sit down loudly and points at the seat. Why are they treating the the elderly like that. Love the ortho. Couldn’t be more happier with Dr. Micah. He has seen all my 3 children for their braces. Love the way he communicates with you and very friendly. He is very dedicated to his job and very professional. I truly recommend him.
