Appt. at 1 for an x-ray. Still waiting at 3:30 as are many others. Many ppl have been here for over 1 1/2 hours. They’re trying to reschedule ppl who have been waiting an hour. No management has addressed the issue. Family Dental, pls don’t respond with an apology. We’re still here (4:30) and nobody is apologizing now. You’re eating takis.
Very incompetent office staff. Waited 2.5 hours for them to reschedule my appt.
TLDR; took them 3 months to extract my tooth, and then they charged me 450 dollars for it. Here is a rundown of my experience with this dentist office: -I come in about 2 months ago, I have constant jaw pain for a reason unknown. -They take some x-rays, as well as poke and look around inside my mouth. They tell me I need a root canal but I can't get one in their office. -They give me a referral to another doctor, by this time it's taken a month. -That doctor does THE SAME AMOUNT of x-rays and poking around in my mouth, and t... read more
My experience was terrible! Would never recommend using Family Dental Practice. There is a receptionist named Isabel that was rude from the moment I called. She was misinformed regarding our referral and had us waste time coming in March 29, 2025. I explained before coming my daughter had braces and there was a window we needed the work done.
