I went to see Dr. GAO for my front teeth that were in very bad shape. Went for my initial appointment and discussed what was needed. I needed two crowns. Went back for the temporary crown appointment and the experience was fantastic. He explained everything that would take place very well. A few weeks later I went back and the permanent crowns were put on. My teeth are amazing.

Dr. Gao and Dr. Eileen Gao are always nice and caring. One day my husband got an emergency, one of his teeth that needed to be taken care of with a crown. Dr. Gao did a wonderful job. My husband said Dr. Gao showed him the details about before and after. He said he knows Dr. Gao is the right person to go and X-ray showed it was in good shape. The WORST dental experience I could ever dream of. I went in for an initial visit, only to be told that I’d need crowns and that my teeth are in “horrible condition”. Feeling concerned and not having anywhere else to go due to insurance, I trusted Dr. Gao. BIG MISTAKE. My crowns visit consisted of me waiting an extremely long time (at least 30-40 mins) in the chair alone waiting for the numbing to work.
