Bad experience! My lady friend speaks Spanish and her appointment was cancelled due to stupidity. Family home Dental sent her a text reminder IN ENGLISH one week in advance of her appointment. They wanted her to confirm the appointment, but she didn't understand the text because it was in ENGLISH. So went in for a filling a week later have a really bad tooth ache bump in my gums so I called and made an another appointment they took X-rays said there’s nothing there now I have a swollened face and my mouth is numb never again
I was not told that a permanent filling would be placed at the cost of $153. Before the procedure was done, I should have been told of ALL charges up front. I was not told that there would be three separate charges for the procedures rather than one flat rate for a root canal and crown as is common practice with some dentists. Once this procedure is finished, I will not be using their services again as I feel that they are not billing in their patient's best interests. Dr. Gomez is such a wonderful dentist! She is patient with me and has the best bedside manners while working. I have extremely high anxiety at dentists and she and the staff do a great job working with me. Also, she is so great with my kids. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this dental practice!
Went in as a new patient with tooth pain and after a root canal walked out as a regular patient! Dr. O campo was awesome during the procedure and explained it step by step. Procedure was PAINLESS which is great because I’m a sissy when it comes to going to the dentist. The staff and Dr. Ocampos made me feel at ease and worry free. Regular dentist now!
