Thank you for your care and kindness.
The cleaning was fine, but the polishing was perfunctory. The exam by a dentist I had never met and even more so. They couldn’t be bothered to buff off a rough spot on one tooth, but I could make a future appointment for that. No mention of my dentist of 8 years at the office no longer appears listed on their website? And they recommended a $700 night guard. Not at all what I have experienced there in the past.
