My family used this practice for over 15 years without issues until recently. After it changed ownership and a massive staff turnover including the main dental provider, the service started going downhill. The new administration is rude and incompetent. They lied about submitting a claim to my insurance company and decided to bill me directly instead. After I verified with my insurance company that they did not properly submit the claim, I notified them the proper way to submit the claim in multiple ocassions. However, they ... read more
Sabreena was so kind, informative, and reassuring. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, but she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend!
