I moved to Greenville from FL and so I was looking for dentist in the area and found this gem of a dental practice. The office manager Michelle is super nice as well as my hygienist Mel. I'm generally an easy dental patient and joke around that I'll be the easiest appt of the day. Mel was very detailed and gave me some really good tricks to get behind the back molars really well since that was my only main problem area but minor in my case. Third visit very professional knowledgeable totally satisfied
The quality of the dental care itself was acceptable, but the billing practices are extremely disappointing. Charges were added without being clearly explained or approved in advance, which makes the pricing feel very opaque. Please be careful of these hidden fees. The front desk staff were surprisingly unknowledgeable, especially when it came to insurance coverage and actual out-of-pocket costs.
