Called today and was greeted kindly and the experience on the call was just plain simple nice. Look forward to going to this dentist In October. Previous dentist was in a rush and tried to up sell me for a crown of 1400. Niceness and being sincere wins my money.
I have had great experience at Flatrock Family Dentistry specially with Dr. Rouse himself. From the moment I walked in several years ago, everyone was welcoming and professional. Dr. Rouse took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and provided excellent care. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and you can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend Flatrock Family Dentistry and Dr. Rouse if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust.
It's always a pleasure visiting Family Dental at Flatrock. We are always received by a professional receptionist with a warm smile. Kris did an excellent job working with our 104 yr old mother. All went well and mom enjoyed her cleaning. Dr. Tolbert is the best with with entire family. He always listens to our concerns and takes time to fully explain any process required.
Wonderful experience. Everyone is so nice and knows you by name. Very helpful with any problems.
I had the greatest experience came into day. Mrs Allison was really sweet and patient over the phone. Mrs Kris did amazing taking care of me and the doctor was really kind. I was really scared and nervous and they all helped me out really happy and less scared. I highly recommend them
