Do not use this place if you have extreme dental phobia, PTSD, and autism. I did not see anywhere to express this on intake forms. Forms ask you about pregnancy and heart conditions and diabetes but other conditions can actually have a greater impact. I had hit complete meltdown about a half hour to an hour before it ended. Once again I could not express more of how wonderful Dr. Butler and her entire staff is :). Dr. Butler is not only professional and a great dentist, she's also friendly and personable. I've never had a dentist call after an emergency office visit to see if I was doing better. She did!
