VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ... My sons first appointment was cancelled as he sat in the waiting room .. the explanation was that a text wasnt answered so the appointment was cancelled... I was given a new appointment 6 months later for my son and as we were enroute i recieved a text CONFIRMING the Appointment. So being Proactive I called to ensure them that we were enroute. I had such a great experience. I was very concerned because this would have been my sons first dental visit but they relieved all of my worries. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me with making an appointment. When I went to my appointment the staff were so nice and the office was very kid friendly. The staff even offered to sit with my son for a quick second while I ran out front to my car to get his baby bag. The doctor was great with my son she made sure that him and... read more
Terry is the awesomest dental assistant I have ever met! She’s great and patient! It’s always nice going into the office! The rest of the staff is wonderful as well! Very welcoming!! Dr Wisdom is The Best!! Always explains what is going on and needs to be done! I highly recommend this dental office to anybody and everybody! So I’m giving this place 5 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
