This dental group is trash. They truly are a chop shop, no patient care or support. Dr. Eric Oh had the bedside manner of a chop shop manager and was only interested in getting a yes for surgery. When we had questions he wouldn't even see us and sent this troll of an office manager, Caitlyn Reichert, out to tell my 80 year old parents they were not worth Dr. Eric Oh's time. Really crappy way of supposedly caring for patients.
