I had a cleaning done by Pam and it was honestly one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve had. Beyond that, she felt very authentic during our conversations, which made the experience comfortable and genuine instead of rushed or robotic. Dr. also stood out to me because he takes the time to explain things clearly. Hands down the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Dr Alan Jacob is professional, patient and caring. He also thoroughly explained everything that was going to be done with a very difficult procedure. His assistant Roxanne exuded the same qualities showing caring and pride in her work. Good morning, I am writing to express concern regarding a phone call I made to your office on December 18, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m. When my call was answered, the staff member greeted me with “hello, who’s this,” which immediately felt unprofessional and made me question whether I had reached the correct office. called to schedule an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance, the receptionist was so rude when i couldn’t give her an answer regarding my insurance then proceeded to abruptly hang up on me.
