This dentist took over the practice of a dentist who passed away. She did not inform existing customers of this circumstance. All dentists working in the practice were let go. I arrived for my services and she was the person to work on me. I didn't know her and would probably not have kept the appointment had I known my dentists were no longer there. I have since changed who I go to. I have a bad feeling about her, she seems to be dishonest and is definitely unethical because she will not refund me of my overpaid balance. Sh... read more

Worst dentist ever. She has closed many practices in many states and all have closed. This woman is a con artist. Fair warning if you want your smile and your money avoid Reddy!

Poor service. Still waiting for a refund from 4 months ago. Almost had a tooth pulled when it needed a root canal. Was able to save the tooth with an actual Endodontist. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and still have not heard back from this office. Never again!

I'm extremely satisfied with the staff at Family Dental Group. From the front desk, to the assistants, and the doctors. Each and every one of them is always courteous, and professional. Thank you!!!!!!
