We were very disappointed with the lack of effort and care during our toddler's checkup. The appointment felt rushed, and we did not feel that the dentist was child-friendly. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this practice for young children. On a positive note, the front staff were lovely and welcoming!
Fantastic staff and service, but there is no customer wifi and barely any cellphone reception in the building / area. I'll change this to 5 stars if wifi is provided for all customers!
Wait times are unacceptable... Especially when I requested an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. They want me to manage a cavity in my wisdom tooth for 3 months before they'll get a dentist to see me. Unacceptable the wait times for an emergency case.
Staff is super friendly!
