Cancelled our family appointments. Claimed they called while I was on vacation in Italy, which I didn’t get. Drove all the way from Truro. We are new clients so wasn’t sure of the protocol on reminders. The younger receptionist was very unpleasant . I work as a receptionist in a clinic, so I understand customer service well and this was terrible! very disappointed. The receptionists didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will be going somewhere else!
I love this place.All the admin staff the dentall assistants and of.course my dentist Dr. Conrad and all the.others.I would not go anywhere else.A special shout out to Shelly who along with the other girls are totally awesome..
We were very disappointed with the lack of effort and care during our toddler's checkup. The appointment felt rushed, and we did not feel that the dentist was child-friendly. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this practice for young children. On a positive note, the front staff were lovely and welcoming!
Fantastic staff and service, but there is no customer wifi and barely any cellphone reception in the building / area. I'll change this to 5 stars if wifi is provided for all customers!
