I want to start by saying I think Dr. Lewis is a good, solid dentist and I loved my hygienist Keri (Keri-you’re the best hygienist I’ve ever had!). This is a nice office with nice staff. However, just not a big fan of Dr. Lewis’ bedside manner. He comes across as somewhat abrasive and pushy, trying to sell me on Invisalign nearly every visit, which I had politely declined already several times. Had a wisdom tooth removed and had the best experience. It felt healed in two days. Least pain i have had at a dentist. Will definitely go back for future work. Thank you and your team for everything!!
5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Never been to this office before, they were able to get me in the same day we called (today). I am super terrified of the dentist office, but I can absolutely say, I feel my fears were definitely not as high as soon as I walked into this clinic. I seen Dr Mandy and her assistant Andrea. Super nice and comforting, always asking and making sure I was doing ok through the whole procedure. Thank you guys!! My son came home from school with a family dental center business card. I reached out put through their website to schedule appointments for both of my sons and received an email back the next morning. It was SO easy to schedule appointments through email and I was able to get my sons in very quickly for a routine clean. Their office is very clean! I’ll start by saying Dr. Brock Lewis is a very good dentist, which is why I gave this three stars — fair is fair. That said, the way this appointment was handled was extremely frustrating. While I was driving to Blair for my appointment, I received a call at 2:12 PM telling me I was late. I told them I thought my appointment was at 2:30. They responded that they had me scheduled for 2:00 PM. I then checked my confirmation text, which clearly said 2:10 PM.
