Mother in law who is bedridden needed her partial plate adjusted. She has been a patient for years. They told her to bring it in. My wife also called and was told to bring it in. She clearly explained her mother was bedridden. So we drive 4 hours from Missouri and brought it in. They spent 2 seconds looking at it and said they couldn't make any adjustment unless my mother in law was there. Do you not understand what bedridden means?? Why not just tell us from the start you couldn't help? Thanks for nothing.
