Although I had to wait an additional 30 mins after my appt to be seen, the service I received made it worth the wait. Cynthia and Betty ARE THE BEST. Betty gave me a painless X-ray experience, for me that was a first. I initially had 5 stars posted but I reduced it to 4 because of the wait.
To whom it may concern who interested in having their teeth clean please come to the professionals at Family Dental care in Calumet City. Today was my first annual six month review and the staff here was absolutely amazing. Very welcome me into the office and the amazing hygienist Vicky served my teeth very well she explained to me the importance of having healthy teeth and gums as she was Performing a deep cleaning in my mouth. Dr. Phair was a great doctor! He is patient and kind. He really takes his time to make sure patients receive the best care according to the needs and wants. I love the staff. Angelica Ponce is especially kind. That is my favorites dental assistant on staff!
Stephany and Betty took great care of me! Got me in and situated for my cleaning with excellent customer care and service! I am very satisfied with my cleaning and the service was appreciated!
I had a great experience with Dr. Kondellas. I went in to get a cavity filled, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and painless. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and my dentist made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
