Dr. Kondellas at family dental was great. No pain , he was fast.. made me feel at ease and his assistant Jasmine was great as well sat by me checked on me. Great staff. Definitely recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at Family Dental Care. I scheduled an appointment for a standard teeth cleaning. While examining me, they discovered that I was missing a crown. When I mentioned that I couldn't afford to cover the cost of replacing the crown right then and there, the situation changed immediately, and I was asked to leave. To whom it may concern who interested in having their teeth clean please come to the professionals at Family Dental care in Calumet City. Today was my first annual six month review and the staff here was absolutely amazing. Very welcome me into the office and the amazing hygienist Vicky served my teeth very well she explained to me the importance of having healthy teeth and gums as she was Performing a deep cleaning in my mouth. I was hesitant to switch my dentist, but I’m glad I did. The staff is always very kind and gentle with every process/procedure. The treatment plans are straightforward and always meet my exact needs. Just an amazing facility :)
