if I could give this place zero stars I would I called two weeks ago to schedule a cleaning. I have been a patient at this office for many years. I walk all the way to the dental office to find that it’s closed so I walked for nothing and no one from the front desk notified me if they needed to reschedule me or they were gonna be closed for whatever reason and even online it says that they’re open. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for showing up. They were short with me when I asked questions and gave off a very unwelcoming attitude every single visit I had. The dentist himself was even worse completely lacking in bedside manner. I don’t know who is in charge of the google map listing but they need to correct a number of important factors. Number 1, hours of operation. No dental office is opened 24 hrs 5 days out the week. Number 2, answer/return phone calls. These simple errors cost me $200.00 in switching insurances and paying for emergency dental visit thanks to this office being both unorganized and unprofessional.
