Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for showing up. They were short with me when I asked questions and gave off a very unwelcoming attitude every single visit I had. The dentist himself was even worse completely lacking in bedside manner. I don’t know who is in charge of the google map listing but they need to correct a number of important factors. Number 1, hours of operation. No dental office is opened 24 hrs 5 days out the week. Number 2, answer/return phone calls. These simple errors cost me $200.00 in switching insurances and paying for emergency dental visit thanks to this office being both unorganized and unprofessional.

Horrible service worst dental office in the Rockaways nobody answers the phone or gives you a call back horrible I would not recommend
