I went in for a cleaning and was pressured into a $2,000 treatment plan for procedures I don't need. The dentist used scare tactics about "future problems." I felt like a sales target rather than a patient. Very uncomfortable experience.
The drill they used was loud and scary, reminding me of dental visits from 40 years ago. I saw rust spots on some of the tools. For a modern practice, their equipment feels ancient and does nothing to ease patient anxiety.
Our "family" appointment felt like an assembly line. The dentist spent less than 5 minutes with each of my kids and didn't even learn their names. There was no effort to make them comfortable. It's a factory, not a family practice.
Very nice dentist office everyone is super friendly and doctor is gentle. I highly recommend this office.
