I was very hesitant to bring my family to this dental practice based on current reviews and rating. However, due to lack of vehicles and no way to travel out of town for a dentist currently, I gave this place a chance. Lana was extremely nice to me, and answered all the questions I had. She never once lost her patience with me. During visit, and after, we had nothing but a good experience with the staff and, and will continue to use this dental practice. Thank you.
With the kind of disrespect they give to people online and slander people through public facebook posts AND the way the owner responds to Google reviews it is no wonder why there is a massive petition and multiple complaints into the BBB. Also the person who answers the phone has the rudest attitude for someone who should be customer service related. It is sad to see a local business going down the drain.. but at no fault other than their own.
I’ve never been so I can’t speak on their care, but judging from their online behavior they are very unprofessional & childish. You don’t insult your customers nor do you discuss their financials in Google reviews, that’s crazy.
My filling fell out after 2 days then they wanted me to wait a week to be seen. When they did see me they tried to put another filling in without novicane. Super painful. Expensive price for fast work.
Great care from the Doctor everytime we have been seen. My entire family as well as partners family has been seen in office for years. Due to the the lady we speak with by phone Lana, we will be cancelling further care.
