Very friendly and helpful regarding the staff and dentist that I have encountered. They seem willing to converse and address issues one might have. They do not seem to treat one as a call number or just another patient but as a person , and that is what I look for when choosing a dentist. *One should note that the hours posted are not accurate during Spring time. They usually close an hour earlier during Spring due to coaching time restrictions.
Before I started going to Dr. August, I would have an anxiety attack on the way to get my teeth cleaned - no kidding!!! Everyone in the practice is super, friendly and great at what they do. Yesterday Dr. August fixed an old filing (that fell out in his hand) in my front tooth and we made it through the procedure withOUT novocaine, tears or pain!! Thank you sir - you are amazing!
I have known Dr. August and many of his staff for over a decade, perhaps longer. It is a top notch establishment. They truly care about their patients and I feel he and his team are true care givers. The best part of my experience has always been the good natured banter I have with Dr. August. He and I are both from Syracuse, NY.
Dr. August is very kind and patient to my 80+ year old mother, whose denture needs readjustment, a tedious and thorough working progress. Dr. August worked tirelessly till Mom was 100% satisfied. What a kind soul! Our entire family goes to him and for phenomenal treatment and guess what, the wait is worthwhile . Also a big shout out to Emily, my hygenist.
