I hesitated to share this since it was not my personal experience but there was an altercation between a client and someone behind the desk. This office handled it with professional. As the client got louder and became unnecessary, the lady behind the desk asked her to leave and she wouldn’t. The client got louder and the lady kept her composure even after she was threatened.
Addison is the rudest un professional person I have ever spoken to in that office. They billed my insurance for a job that I never had done back in 2023, I asked Addison why wasn’t it reversed or even sent to my insurance if the work wasn’t done ! She said they had no idea that I was not going to get it done and now it’s 2025 she says ! ?My insurance believes I had this work done.
