Well these guys are great. For reasons I don't totally understand my teeth have been pretty bad lately. Numerous crowns and fillings have been done here for me. The dentist herself is very knowledgeable and professional. The hygienist are kind and know their stuff. The support staff at the front desk remember my name and are very polite. The best dentist in this area. I'd give them 6 stars if I could
Very difficult to get in contact with someone after receiving numerous text messages about a balance due. Can I get a phone call or an actual bill send in the mail when phone text are not working and there is no one to answer to the phone?
Another cancelation when I got there. 5 confirmations and 1 pre covid test required just to get there to wait and be told the whole day has been canceled. Last confirmation was just an hour before my appointment. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
My teeth are so messed up now. Got a root canal and now I need to get it extracted. I don’t even think the dentist is a real dentist. Terrible conditions inside and just shouldn’t even be a business anymore.
