The appointment was quick, the wait time was zero, the doctor seemed to know what he was doing and was courteous. But why there were no other patients in the waiting room - I don’t know.
The receptionist was a women who super rude &The lady at the reception she doesn't respect the patient. She speak like I do something wrong. I went there to make appointment If you go there make sure there respect you or just ignore her and go some where better I gave her respect and smile like every where I go I was surprised by her rude way of responding to me and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. Always good service been dealing with them for years
I have been going to Dr. Sood since 2021 from when I lived in Westbury. I now live out east and travel over 20 miles to see him. He is an honest Dentist who thoroughly explains everything and does not drill unless absolutely necessary. I went to a local Dentist who wanted to drill “4 cavities” which is when I decided to make the trip back to Dr. Sood who said no drilling is necessary. I always recommend my friends and family to see him.
Professional and courteous. Best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve been to quite a few.
