Beware Racism exists at this dental office. He provided no legitimate reason to deny me service on my first visit. He simply looked at me and said, "I don't feel good about you as a customer, we won't be seeing you today". This is after I scheduled an appointment last week and he had access to all my dental information and insurance information available to him. It wasn't until I walked into the office did he cancel after he looked at me.
Very friendly and professional staff and they do care about their patients. They might speak out of their mind which might sound rude to some people these days but they’re bluntly speaking and I’m trust that.
stuck up people will never get any sympathy im so glad i read these other reviews that are 1 star and seeing the owners have a back and forth style demeanor addressing the customer’s concerns really explains it all. I called with a potential dental emergency my tooth has been hurting for a couple days and i was calling to get information to understand the severity of my situation. Excellent Dentist. I'm 71 and have been to many over the years and I consider her the best. Dr.Phan is very precise and gentle. Both her and her husband John make a great team.
