I have had Family Danz do work for me on both my furnace and my hot water heater when I could not get satisfaction from my previous HVAC person. They do very good work and you can get someone quickly in an emergency. I am satisfied with them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
They tried selling me mini splits . That were not the hyper heat models . Until I found out the difference !!! I cancelled the work order and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this company .
This was my first experience with Family Danz. I have had 2 companies out (2 x each) and they never resolved the problem long term. My technicians arrived at 4:00 pm on a November day. I was skeptical about how enthusiastic and thorough they would be to troubleshoot my issue at the end of a busy day. Dave H and Jason H were very pleasant and DID troubleshoot my issue immediately.
