This is a terrible mental health services facility. The services here are handled so unprofessionally. Their intake employees have no idea what they are doing. Jennifer Suaste began our intake process for services back in December of 2022 after my son's hospitalization at Mercy and it is now March 7th and they are telling me he now is on their 8-12 week waiting list after we have ALREADY been waiting 10 weeks as is after hospitalization and they had said he could be seen right away as part of his outpatient treatment. They take forever to get back to you. I have been back and forth with them fir 3 months and still haven’t resolved any issues with my son.
