Truly amazing experience Great therapist Truly helpful
Unfortunately flacra can be useful and mostly helpful but, I've found their focus & expectations to be inconsistent and unorganized from one Counsler to the next. I have yet to see any staff member praise anyone for their positive behavior and effort. No positive reinforcement. I have been with them on & off since 93' and I've also yet to see them keep staff longer than a year or two maximum which makes it hard to have a consistent program for that person.
