Very informative course. Very nice and caring staff.
They claim they send your certificate to the correct place, but it does not end up there. I've tried contacting them multiple times about it, and they say they've sent it to the right place. I then wait a couple weeks to contact my PO and he claims he still has not received it. I then contact my attorney to get involved and it magically appears to happen they claim they sent my certificate to the wrong place, when they've said multiple times they have sent it to the right place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
I literally just got home from completing the DIP program for a DUI. I thought it was going to be a nightmare 😕....it wasn't. Jennifer was very professional and polite to everyone in my class and actually took extra care in working with my roommate. I highly recommend doing the program here as it WILL also be accepted in WV cases. I am not saying the class is a good time.....but it really isn't supposed to be now is it.
I absolutely do not recommend taking your business here. I had to take the DIP program (72hrs, $625 cash) to regain my license. I took the program in mid November. By the time the class was over I was told my paperwork would be sent to the dmv in less than a week AT MOST. So I patiently waited, I understand businesses can be busy. So I called that following week, they said to try again next week. I heard this same response for TEN WEEKS. TEN. Jennifer was nice. The VA sent me to her for EMDR. Unfortunately, she didn't have the tools I needed.
