Long story short if you have to miss an appointment you get discharged from there.. I was re evaluated and got to go back but I showed up one day thinking I had a appointment at one and it was at noon.. One other time I got the dates mixed up.. I have had a lot on my plate health wise we are all human we make mistakes.. Needless to say I was discharged again.. I guess it’s a two strike and your out rule.. I will being taking my services else where..
This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. Was refused services and never referred anywhere else but still randomly recieve calls from their office. The staff don't communicate with each other let alone the patient. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
