Just received a bill from this location that I've never been to.
Do not go here! Sketchy office, they made it sound like my teeth were going to fall out of my mouth, wanted to refer me to periodontist, buy a night mouth guard, and more. The hygenist went on and on about "what they are teaching our kids in schools" and he was moving to home school their kids and teach the bible. Mind you, I didn't ask her opinion on anything other than my teeth. Then, they were supposed to follow up with me and never did. Oh, and they got my email wrong. Poor communication. Completely reliant on temp hygienists which provides zero stability or relationship long term (nor did I gather they cared). Questionable billing and “upsell” behavior - retainers, treatments, etc. Dental chairs, peripherals, and technology are dated…my bib chain was rusty for example. Moved to this practice from West Lakes Dentistry in Mound due to West Lakes dropping Cigna insurance, but will definitely not be returning to Gentle Dentistry after two visits.
