I had an appointment scheduled for 7/28:26 at 11am. I spoke to someone the morning of to see if it was any cancellations for an earlier appointment and was told that it was a 9am available but I had to be there by 9am. I could not make it by 9am and decided to keep the 11am appointment. The person just hung up the phone without saying bye or anything. I always have a great experience with Dr. Asher and Tamekia. They explain the treatment they are providing in detail and make my mind feel at ease. I have braces and they take care of not interfering with my orthodontic treatment, while completing my treatment with care. The office is organized and the front office staff are friendly and helpful. Tiffany greets me with a smile, as does Khalen when I walk in the door.
