I haven’t experienced a wait time, based off of the two times that I’ve been here. I got an extraction today and it went smooth as it possibly could. Dr. Jenkins and Jasmine had to calm me down bc I may have the worse case of anxiety they’ve seen lol. But they were awesome! And reassuring! Clean. Very professional.
This review is about Dr. Jamila Jenkins, NOT the Family & Cosmetic Dentistry practice. I was a patient of Dr. Jenkins at Grant Park Dentistry. She really jammed me up. I was in the chair when they told me I was going to be seeing Dr. Jenkins. I immediately asked if she was in network. I was told Yes. No problem, we proceeded with the crown work. 2 months later I get a bill from the insurance company stating I owed over $900. for out-of-network procedures. I am so glad I finally got to be seen here! Had a little trouble scheduling an appointment over the phone due to my personal situation, so one day a just stopped by and they fit me in that day!!! Jasmine, Dr Jenkins and everyone were amazing. Got an extraction I needed so badly, and a comprehensive treatment plan for the future. They even helped with guidance on getting better insurance. I highly recommend this practice
