I had an emergent issue for which the office scheduled me immediately and dealt with the problem in a painless and professional manner. This has been the standard for Dr. Bederman for as many year as I’ve know him. Great!
The young lady at the front desk, Chelsea, has been a godsend to my mom and my family. She remembers the patients who come through and she provides excellent customer service. It’s so refreshing to have someone see patients as people! Thank you!
