I went in asking for a bob haircut, making it very clear that I did not want my hair length to change. I even arrived with my hair styled curly so she could see the actual length after styling, and I told her she needed to cut it longer than where I wanted it to sit because curls shrink. She ignored my instructions and did a careless job. The result: it’s far too short, and it bounces up even shorter when it curls. Worst of all, one side is noticeably shorter than the other.
