We have been visiting Dr Raj Kudikyala for some time now and we feel like we’ve found a really good doctor. He is experienced, listens properly and explains things in a simple way. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the clinic is convenient to reach.
UPDATE: upon speaking to Medicare, the receptionist put through the wrong item number. Highly advise checking your invoices and ensuring your rebate is processed. Absolutely disgusting. Took my son (child) in for a consultation re: asthma. While consulting the GP she also provided a care plan for my son. The receptionist, James, is extremely abrupt and rude. Dr Karimi is a great doctor, caring & understanding with a great "bedside manner". I have complex needs and Dr Karimi was across all of them. The reception staff are also great - professional, friendly & efficient. By far the best clinic in Southbank. Highly recommended.
Went to this clinic and had amazing and helpful service from the receptionists that were on at the time then went on to see dr Darryl Wong, he was so helpful and very helpful he assistsed me in understanding concepts thoroughly. Will start using him and this clinic as a regular as I have been to a lot of different clinics and seen heaps of doctors and haven’t had service like this .
Excellent care from Dr Andrea. She was very professional, kind, and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. I felt well looked after and would definitely recommend her.
