Very greatful to have such a friendly & competent GP so close to home. Appointments are easy to book & readily available. Reception & nurses are lovely. Phlebotomy appointments take minutes & are administered with care & very little pain. Dr. Karimi is outstanding & I very much feel in safe hands with her on every visit.
We visited Dr. Mozgan Karimi for our baby’s 6 weeks appointment and we were so happy how well she handled the baby while doing all the necessary checks. She also answered all our queries which helped us alot. Highly recommend! 5 stars always!!
We have been visiting Dr Raj Kudikyala for some time now and we feel like we’ve found a really good doctor. He is experienced, listens properly and explains things in a simple way. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the clinic is convenient to reach.

Had I been properly informed of the public holiday surcharge, I would not have proceeded with the booking, especially given that this was not an urgent appointment. I contacted your clinic on 23/01 — you may confirm this with your receptionist. It is not reasonable to expect a patient to bear the cost of your internal miscommunication. Really disappointed with our visit to see Dr. Karimi. My wife has been struggling since Sunday with swollen lymph nodes, fevers and blood when coughing. Instead of being genuinely the doctor was incredibly dismissive, telling her she “didn't look ill” and to just wait two weeks to see if it settles before doing an ultrasound. When there is blood and a fever involved, "wait and see" isn't good enough. She also told my wife to stop her antibiotics immediately without much explanation or care for her actual symptoms.
