Dr Karimi is a great doctor, caring & understanding with a great "bedside manner". I have complex needs and Dr Karimi was across all of them. The reception staff are also great - professional, friendly & efficient. By far the best clinic in Southbank. Highly recommended.
Went to this clinic and had amazing and helpful service from the receptionists that were on at the time then went on to see dr Darryl Wong, he was so helpful and very helpful he assistsed me in understanding concepts thoroughly. Will start using him and this clinic as a regular as I have been to a lot of different clinics and seen heaps of doctors and haven’t had service like this .
Excellent care from Dr Andrea. She was very professional, kind, and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. I felt well looked after and would definitely recommend her.
The doctor prescribed me medication that was no longer produced. I emailed the clinic and they were unresponsive for a week, it made me miss my medication. Then I contacted the clinic again, they prescribed me medication that is not intended for endometriosis and I was charged again for a consultation. When I confronted the receptionist about the issue, she was unkind and unhelpful. Safe to say, will not being going back… Awful customer service…
I had an excellent experience with Dr.Mozhgan Karimi. She listened to me with kindness, patience, and attention, creating an atmosphere full of comfort and trust. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The clinic staff were also highly respectful and courteous. I am fully satisfied with the care I received and can confidently recommend Dr. Karimi.
