Worst customer experience I’ve ever had, the receptionist in the “office” was unbelievably rude and rolled her eyes at me for having a simple question. Stay far away from this place
Called about becoming a new patient and the receptionist was rude didn’t let me finish my question laughed and hung up.
Been a patient here for a number of years. Always had a good experience.
I called as a new patient and I was told that they are not accepting new patients at all and they had no recommendations at all. And then after I said thank you the receptionist just hung up without even acknowledging it. Something doesn't seem right with this practice. Maybe they are all overworked.
The receptionist in the "tiny little office" was rude for no reason. She hung up on me before I could even ask my last question!!!
