Font desk staffs are like monsters
Never reported to my insurance that I came there 2x in 1 month and never updated my to my deductible. That I paid almost $400 in cash. What a rip. Time for a new doctor. Horrible attitude for a doctor as well. I recommend going to someone else. This guy only takes cash. Clear red flags. If I could give half a star I wouldn't even do that. One star is being generous. This man making a living ripping off old people without insurance.
Dr.Tran is very respectable and does care about his patients. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating to my questions and concerns for all of my visits. Also, the facility is clean especially with COVID-19 going on.
Very unprofessional doctor and little to no regard for patient health, just looking to make money and that is it. Would not recommend this clinic if you could help it
This doctor and his staff has been a god sent to me. Dr. Tran has accomplished what no other doctor has been able to do. My diabetes is under control and I am presently off my diabetes meds. He is patient and very knowledgeable about his medications and is not afraid to try different test on you. He cures you NOT put a Band-Aid on your illness.
