I cannot say enough good things about Family Cleaners. I contacted them recently during an incredibly stressful time when my son was unexpectedly hospitalized and I needed to have his apartment cleaned and ready for him to come home and recover. I was very upfront with them from the beginning — I told them the apartment was ROUGH and this was not going to be an ordinary cleaning job. As my son has been unwell for a few months. After hearing what was going on, they rearranged their entire schedule so they could come the very... read more

I had a fantastic experience with this cleaning team. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and got right to work. Every room looked spotless when they were done, floors were shining, surfaces were dust‑free, and even the small details were taken care of. They worked efficiently but still paid attention to the things that really make a difference. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how thorough the cleaning was. It felt amazing walking into such a fresh, tidy space. I would absolute... read more

I’m a coordinator for a historic home, and we just had this cleaning service come in for a deep clean today. They did a really great job!!! They took special care while working through the space, and everything was left looking noticeably cleaner. You could tell they were professional and comfortable working in a setting like this. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, and stayed efficient while still being thorough. By the time they finished, the whole place felt refreshed. They also added some thoughtful finishin... read more

Liz and Barbara deep cleaned our home today and it is SPARKLING. My favorite part is their attention to detail and how they cleaned the interior wood panels of our windows!! They even organized and made my teenage son’s bedroom spic n span! Just above and beyond. Great work! Thank you! I look forward to having them clean monthly!

Reached out last minute to schedule a deep cleaning for our home and Ms Michelley was more than accommodating and helpful in getting us an appointment, as well as working with me on budget. Edineia and Andressa did MAGIC work on our bathroom glass shower which needed a lot of love, and they prioritized everything I asked and then some. Would definitely recommend and will be having them back!
