I called to set up an appointment for my child to come in for shots and the girl Jasmine who works in appointments was very nasty over the phone I don't think she should be taking calls if she can't atleast be pleasant.
Went there today for my sons physical. His primary doctor was booked and he couldnt be seen in the same day service. He needs his forms before he can start school so the girl at the front desk Joy, got me a same day appointment at another location about 15 minutes away. Really helpful.

I had an appointment today appointment time was 11 I signed in at 11:00/11:01 and one of the nurses tried to say I was late but thanks to Mrs Jordan she seen that I was on time thank you so much
