Rude! I called to see if they had a book in stock, and told them I had a number. It was a long title, and I wanted to help them find it more quickly, so I just read them the barcode # off the back. Before I did, the woman asked me "Is it a skew number?" I assumed that it was, so I started reading it, and she interrupted me "That's not a skew! That's a blah-blah-blah. Give me the title." Best out of the 3 Out of the three Christian bookstores in the Charlotte area, Family is my personal favorite. Their retail prices are high, but you can almost always catch a deal, especially if you sign up with them for coupons! And unlike New Creation, Family's coupons sometimes allow additinal discounts on sale priced items as well as apply to the entire purchase. Their stock is great, and they sure know how to market. Family Christian Book Store I was so excited when they opened this store over near me. There is also one in Pineville. Great selection of items from books, church supplies, cards, gifts, Bibles, and children's books and toys. Great greeting cards. They have been so kind to order an item for me when they were out or didn't have a particular item. Great staff.
