The staff (Ms.Lopez, Ms, Leslie.) and others are kind, pleasant, and professional. My homemaker is so kind and helpful. She works thoroughly and with a pleasant attitude. I don't even have to tell her how to clean, she just knows what to do. I could think of a thing, and without asking, she just does it. Everyday, she "goes beyond the call of duty." I am thankful for the staff and the homemaker as well.

The staff is very unprofessional. Ms. Lopez hollered and screamed at me on 7/9/2024 about complaining about a worker. I had two (2) home makers from this place. The first worker did not want to clean up. It was a few days that she did not clean up at all. I found synthetic hair in the toilet, and I believe she put it there. She would talk on her phone for hours and watched videos on her phone. She had a very bad attitude. She did not show up for work for two days, but signed in and sat in her car. This place in not that great. The workers are lazy the staff is horrible. They don't know how to talk to individuals. I would never recommend this place to know one. I would stay far away from this place.
