The staff at Family Choice is very unprofessional. Ms. Lopez hollered and screamed at me on 7/9/2024 after I complained about about a worker. I had two (2) home makers from this place. On another previous and/or latter occasion, Ms. Lopez is allegedly prejudice and discriminated against me as a disabled person after I calmly asked her a question by allegedly hollering and screaming at me "Do not you understand?" and "Do you understand what I am saying?" in a sarcastic tone of voice. The staff (Ms.Lopez, Ms, Leslie.) and others are kind, pleasant, and professional. My homemaker is so kind and helpful. She works thoroughly and with a pleasant attitude. I don't even have to tell her how to clean, she just knows what to do. I could think of a thing, and without asking, she just does it. Everyday, she "goes beyond the call of duty." I am thankful for the staff and the homemaker as well.
