Got massage there on 11/27/2024. Horrible service. Barely got a 40 min massage for 1 hour time allotment. Worst massage I have ever had.

I was there with my sister recently. They operate as a factory with patients lined up in one big room. Most unprofessional. There is no privacy between patient and doctor. Communication is very poor and unprofessional between client and doctor. Dr. Martin Rodgers does not listen to what his patients say. So sad, and he tries intimidate them instead of actually listening to what there issues are.

My son and I just had our first visit with Dr. Bryan. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left I was in awe of service and how thorough the staff and Drs were. The assistants explained everything to both me and my son. They didn't treat my son like just a kid. They spoke to him as hiw own person, speaking directly to him, not over him while speaking to me about him. He really appreciated that as did I. Jody has been my message therapist for almost a year now. i am a contractor so aches and pains are just part of my routine. When i met Jody her caring attention to detail and personal motivation for healing me was life changing. If you have a couole extra bucks a month to improve your personal well being I highly recomend you find Jody and your life will change forever. Jody is a 5 star employee and lancaster chiropratic should maje her a partner in their company because from what i see she is the only choice for healing.
I highly recommend this place. It is a great experience from the moment you walk in the door every single time. I truly appreciate the kindness of all of the staff. It means a lot when they remember you and whatever it is you’ve talked to them about. I’ve been going for I believe a few weeks now and it has been LIFE CHANGING!
