Absolutely wonderful chiropractic office! Dr. Mark Kruse's knowledge and quality of care are excellent. He takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and (gently) provides effective care. Parking is easy. The office is welcoming and clean. The staff is always friendly, fun to engage with and professional. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I had to wait 5 days to even get an appointment to see Dr. Kruse. When I finally got there, the office staff told me that they DO NOT accept my primary care physician. This is something they could have asked me about when I made the appointment......very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! So, I wasted my time and gas, when this could have easily been handled if they asked the question when I made the appt. If I could I would give zero stars just for my inconvenience...... My time is just as important as this office. Now I have to wait... read more
I have had chronic pain from low back, left hop issues for years. Seen many different chiropractors just in the last 4 years. I got some relief but nothing ever felt fully right or lasted. I am tryinh another chiropractor. I believe in chiropractic care so I keep trying. I've had good results from some in the past. I can happily say that after my 3rd visit my pain level has decreased exponentially. I feel almost new again.
