I started seeing Dr. Lambert 14 yrs ago. He is an excellent Doctor and helped me tremendously. I was in such pain and my quality of life was not very good. He helped me go from all I could do was sit in a chair with a heating pad on my back and neck and crying daily with the pain to being an active participant in my child's life growing up and being able to go back to work finally. I have been under Dr. Lambert's care since he opened his practice in Oxford. He has rare expertise in correcting cervical (neck) issues. His adjustment method is significantly less traumatic than other chiropractors I have visited, and I recover faster under his care. He has leveled my feet and hips and eliminated the curvature that had developed in my spine. As a result, I can hike 12 miles today, whereas 25 years ago I could not manage to hike 2 miles for my joint aches and pains.
Great chiropractor, great office hours, explains what he is doing and why, answers all questions in a way I can understand. I felt much better when I left. Highly recommended!!!
