I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the evaluation process my child and I experienced at your office. To be direct, the way diagnoses were assigned in a single session—lasting less than two hours—felt rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. Walking out with multiple diagnoses after such a brief interaction raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of your process. Grandson starting seeing a wonderful therapist then all of a sudden she was no longer available tried to find out why and was given the run around never told why or if she was returning now have to find another therapist for him this went on for 6 weeks they kept saying someone will get back to you

DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!!! After I got out of the mental hospital for suicidal and self destructive tendencies I started this program as aftercare. At first it was going great, until about 1 month and half in when they started working with the whole family. They would always side with my mother when I would try to explain something she was doing wrong, and once even called me manipulative for telling my mother things that she was doing were making me worse.
