I was really excited to begin care with Dr. Hollis, especially because of our shared background, but unfortunately my experience has been very stressful. Cool hospital, cool nurses and doctors. However they don't treat the guess/dad good. Don't even comp guess tray. Won't offer you water. Not a good practice making the family experience feel separated.
I had my first baby here and when I say my experience was phenomenal! From the care to the nurses! I had a top tier experience delivering my baby! I had a vaginal birth, I was induced at 36 weeks due to preeclampsia. Everyone was very patient with my labor experience and even after my baby was delivered they still provided exceptional service and making sure me and my babygirl made it home healthy. I just want to share that Mercy is the BEST place ever, especially with giving birth.. Each nurse I had especially (Carissa,Hawa,Quinnia, Erin, Kayla and Julie, also a male student ) were sooo amazing with taking care of me and my new born 🩵 My experience wouldn’t be as great if i didn’t have great nurses by my side .. thank you so much mercy team . ALL nurses were 10/10, but i forgot many names
On May 29, what was meant to be one of the happiest days of my life nearly became the last. After delivering my daughter, I faced a life-threatening emergency that I never saw coming. I was dying, and if it weren’t for the incredible team at Mercy Hospital, I would not be here today to raise my children or hold my baby girl. The nurses at Mercy Hospital were extraordinary.
