They sold me a car that was from a salvage yard. The car has a very strong musty smell from water damage. When I went to get inspection sticker the mechanic couldn’t believe they sold the car in the unsafe condition it was in. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue from them on Friday. I was nervous driving if home so had my son drive. I parked it and called my mechanic and they couldn't get it in Till Wednesday. I immediately called and asked if I could give this back and buy something else or get deposit back I didnt like the car not the work I will have to do. They said i had no option other than waiting 7 mo. I am very disappointed especially living almost 2 hrs away. I have called bbb and banking commissioner about this issue.

I went in and was told I could buy a 2006 Pathfinder with 128000. I said i would be back the following week with the deposit. Went back have 500 he said he had a "better" Pathfinder an 08 with 1420000 when i told him i wanted the 06 because of the miles he said he sold it. So i was going to take the 08. Went back today to pay the rest and come to find out they lied and the 08 had 170000 on it. When i said i didnt want the car and tried to get my 500 back he got agitated and said it has a warranty.
